Physical Therapy Initial Evaluation

This 60-70 minute evaluation looks beyond isolated areas and considers how the entire body works together as a cohesive unit. It includes a detailed discussion of your history, a thorough physical examination, and an analysis of how your body moves and behaves in real-life activities. Together, we will identify meaningful goals that align with your lifestyle and priorities.

PT Follow-Up

Follow-up visits are 55-minute focused, goal-oriented sessions designed to build on your progress and keep you moving forward. Each visit includes targeted interventions based on your established plan of care.

PT Express Follow-Up

On a tight schedule? Express 35-40 minute visits are designed for the highly motivated individual on a strict schedule. These focused appointments prioritize efficiency with care centered on key progressions, targeted interventions, and clear direction so you can continue advancing between sessions.
